Too much retouching man

The skin looks like plastic. When it comes to retouching faces, less is better.

Picture is good, but it doesn't look too natural...the airbrushing/blending is a bit sketchy in some places, and the eyes look very unnatural, almost. Still, a nice picture to look at.
